A new flight schedule from Philippine Airlines starting next month means more non-stop flights from Australia to the Philippines.

From October 29, Philippine Airlines will increase its flights to Manila from five to seven per week - four from Sydney and three from Melbourne.  All flights will be non-stop in both directions, ending the current triangular service between the three cities.

Already offering more direct flights to Manila than any other carrier, Philippine Airlines will provide even more dedicated services to travellers from Sydney and Melbourne.

All flights will be operated by the airline’s modern flagship Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, which features lie-flat beds in business class and seat-back entertainment systems throughout all cabins. The B777 is also larger, more spacious and more fuel-efficient than other aircraft used on Australian services.

For full details and bookings, contact Philippine Airlines on 1300 888 725, visit www.philippineairlines.com or see travel agents.

Philippine Airlines is a proud supporter of Australian Filipina's 'More Fun in the Philippines' article series.

Passengers traveling with PAL from Oct 29 that maybe affected by the change in departure days/times should contact their travel agent or PAL office for reconfirmation.
