After a series of exciting competitions, Lakas Filipina Inc.  announced last week it’s first ever winner – the Filipino Australian Engineers Association (FAEA). FAEA won over Filipino and Friends Parish Community Association (FFPCA) with a thousand point lead.

The final showdown was hosted by Mia Estolano-Levert of TTAA one of Lakas Filipina Inc.’s partner organization. Mia facilitated the nail-biting competition between FAEA composed of Mayumi Fernando-Bartolome, Jess Arranz and Perlita Arranz who beat FFPCA represented by Jacqueline Lachica-Luis, Doritz Santos and Marissa Manoto.

The final winner was announced by Lakas Filipina Inc. President Dr. Elsa Ringor. The formal awarding of  this year’s champion will happen in December 30, 2021 in line with the first anniversary of the group. Lakas Filipina also thanks all the other participating groups who have made this maiden voyage a big success. They are:

“Is it Fact or Fib” is in line with Lakas Filipina Inc.’s vision of spreading positivity though these trying times while collaborating with different organizations holding the banner of women helping women and providing support to the less fortunate.
