The Filipino Sports Arts & Recreational Club (FILSPARC) is undertaking a Parol Making Contest as part of its anniversary celebration and Christmas get together.
The event will be held on December 11, 2021 during 10:30am and 3:00pm. at Rooty Hills Seniors, 34A Rooty Hill Road South, Rooty Hill.
There will be Pinoy games, prizez, market stalls selling food, novelty and gift items and many more.
