Plaza Filipino which is celebrating its 16th year anniversary held its Annual General Meeting on February 13, 2022. A number of officers met at the residence of the incumbent President, Carmenchu Gresham. They were joined online by those who were not able to attend at the venue in person, as organised by Charles Chan, Director.
Daisy Ann Cumming said the Invocation with all joining in the prayers. This was followed by the reports by the President and by the Treasurer. Then nominations and voting for the various positions took place.
Carmenchu Gresham was re-elected as President. The following were elected as the Plaza Filipino Inc’s officers for 2022:

Carmenchu Gresham thanked the set officers for last year and those who attended the Annual General Meeting. She also welcomed the new set of officers. A meeting will be set to map out priorities for the year.
Last year, Plaza Filipino collaborated with NARRA to undertake the Tribute to Mothers and Fathers fundraising event; also participated in a number of fundraising for the survivors of Odette Typhoon; the President Carmenchu Gresham and Daisy Ann Gonzales Cumming donated proceeds from art works; and Josephine Tada sold items and donated the proceeds to Plaza Filipino; selling of tshirts with the proceeds also going to Plaza Filipino.
