In an online event held on September 25, 2021 the Filipino Sports and Recreation Club (FILSPARC) announced Rox Molavin as the winner of the 2021 FILSPARC Inspirational Father of the Year Award.

Rox Molavin is one of the Fil-Aus tireless community leaders. He is the Founder/CEO/President of RGeM Promotions and Management; President, Filipino Australian Community Association in Eastern Sydney (FACAES); Vice President, Filipino Australian and Multinational Community Association (FAMCA); Board of Director, Philippine Community Council (PCC) and member of FILSPARC.
Rox spearheaded with various community leaders, the food drive for International Students impacted by pandemic. This successful project has been recognised not only here in Australia but also Internationally. He worked
tirelessly to find sponsors and donors for the displaced international students by approaching his network and everyone he knows in the community. He worked with the Filipino Australian and Multicultural Community Association (FAMCA) to continually provide and distribute hampers to International students who are nonresidents and non-Australian citizens that lost their jobs and many are still unemployed and are struggling to meet their living expenses in Australia.
