As part of the celebration of the Food Month 2021, Sentro Rizal in Sydney in cooperation with the Philippine Department of Tourism, is continuing with the  online streaming of Lasap Serye, now at Season 3. Lasap Serye airs at 6pm on Fridays during the month of April.

Tonight's offering which is the second episode, is Tinolang Tahong by Mr. Raido Ibañez.  Mr. Ibanez is a Consular Assistant of the Philippine Consulate General in Sydney. 

The popular Tinolang Tahong is a soup-based dish that is easy to prepare for family's meal.  The already healthy meal maybe further enhanced by adding green leafy vegetables.  

The first episode was Chicken Inasal demonstrated by Ms. Alice Ulep, the Collecting Officer of the Philippine Consulate General in Sydney.

Chicken Inasal is a dish that originated from the city of Bacolod which is on the Northwest coast of Negros Island. It is an Ilonggo term that literally translates to "char-grilled" or "roasted" meat.
