Radio Tagumpay which airs 2-4pm on Mondays, via Triple H 100.1FM has been serving the Fil-Aus and the wider community since 2014. It has been providing a platform for aspiring artists and enterpreneurs; promoting advocacies; extending help to groups in needs; holding fundraising events; informing, entertaining and celebrating success and inspiring stories.
Radio Tagumpay is committed to ensuring its continued success (2019 Finalist for Best Ethnic Program) and offering high standards of content and broadcasting.
The Radio Tagumpay team members - Violi Calvert, Criz Guce and Andrew Russell - would like to invite those who have interest in becoming a contributor to the program to let them know by sending an email to: [email protected]. The only requirements are passion for serving the community, ability to speak in Filipino or even Taglish, and awareness of issues affecting the community as well as its areas of interests.
The position is of voluntary basis (unpaid) and volunteers would be required to adhere to the Community Radio Code of Practice and the radio station’s policies and procedures. Coaching by the team will be provided. Due to COVID 19 restrictions and work commitments, the contributions would be recorded as we broadcast from home. Preferably the persons are located in Sydney/NSW, but could be anywhere in Australia.
